SAP HCM Developer Consultant

Job description

Key Skills: SAP HCM, SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, Payroll, ALV Reports, OData Services, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs Roles & Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and support SAP HCM applications using ABAP and OO ABAP. • Develop and maintain ALV reports using Personnel Administration (PA) and Payroll data. • Analyze payroll results, payroll clusters, and wage type data. • Build custom reports, enhancements, and solutions for SAP HCM. • Develop integrations using OData Services, IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs. • Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes. • Support payroll reporting and payroll posting activities. Experience Required: • 5-7 years of experience in SAP HCM development. • Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP and OO ABAP. • Experience with SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Payroll modules. • Experience developing ALV reports and payroll-related solutions. • Knowledge of OData Services, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and SAP integrations. Education:  Any Graduation
