SAP HCM Developer Consultant

Job description

**Key Skills:** SAP HCM, SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, Payroll, ALV Reports, OData Services, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and support SAP HCM applications using ABAP and OO ABAP. - Develop and maintain ALV reports using Personnel Administration (PA) and Payroll data. - Analyze payroll results, payroll clusters, and wage type data. - Build custom reports, enhancements, and solutions for SAP HCM. - Develop integrations using OData Services, IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes. - Support payroll reporting and payroll posting activities. **Experience Required:** - 5-7 years of experience in SAP HCM development. - Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP and OO ABAP. - Experience with SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Payroll modules. - Experience developing ALV reports and payroll-related solutions. - Knowledge of OData Services, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and SAP integrations. **Education:**  Any Graduation
