**Job Role: SAP Lead - Technology** **Position Overview** Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. is hiring an experienced SAP FICO, SD, PS & Governance professional to lead SAP support operations, governance, and compliance initiatives. The role will be responsible for managing a team of SAP professionals, ensuring audit compliance, driving stakeholder and vendor coordination, and optimizing SAP-related costs while delivering stable and secure SAP operations. **Location** Head Office, Mumbai **Reports To** Head Enterprise Application **Job Type** Full-time **Key Responsibilities** **SAP Operations & Support** - Manage overall SAP support and enhancement activities across business functions. - Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical SAP application issues. - Ensure system availability, performance, and adherence to service levels. - Coordinate with implementation and support partners (including Mahindra and other vendors) for issue resolution and project execution. **Audit, Compliance & Security** - Ensure SAP systems remain compliant with internal controls and audit requirements. - Support ITGC, security audits, and compliance reviews. - Drive remediation of audit observations and strengthen control frameworks. - Partner with internal and external auditors during audit engagements. **Stakeholder & Escalation Management** - Act as the primary point of contact for business and stakeholders. - Manage critical escalations and ensure timely resolution. - Communicate risks, issues, and mitigation plans to leadership teams. **Cost Optimization & Governance** - Identify opportunities to optimize SAP support and operational costs. - Monitor vendor performance and ensure value realization from support contracts. - Recommend process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency. **Qualifications & Experience** **Educational Background** - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Commerce, or related discipline. - SAP FICO and other relevant certifications preferred. **Professional & Technical Experience** - 10 to 14 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP FICO. - Experience managing SAP support, governance functions, and audit requirements. - At least 2 to 3 years of team management experience, handling SAP functional and basis consultants including modules such as FICO, SD, MM, PS and GRC (REFX preferred). - Expertise in SAP Integration both upstream and downstream. - Experience in managing external implementation/support partners. - Knowledge of SAP controls, ITGC audits, compliance, and security audits. - Experience in incident management, problem management, and troubleshooting. **Leadership & Soft Skills** - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Proven escalation management capabilities. - Ability to lead teams in a dynamic business environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Results-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and governance.
