Job description

Role & responsibilities • Implement, configure, and support SAP PS (Project System) and SAP PPM/EPPM solutions in the SAP S/4HANA environment. • Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications based on business needs. • Configure SAP S/4HANA modules to support business processes and organizational standards. • Design and maintain project structures, including WBS, Networks, Activities, Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Scheduling. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, HCM, and CATS modules. • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides. • Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and support SAP PS applications throughout the project lifecycle. • Resolve production issues, manage support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance. • Support SAP implementation, global rollout, go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities. • Coordinate with global support teams, business process owners, and testing teams for issue resolution and release validation. • Review, validate, and test system enhancements, bug fixes, and new SAP releases before deployment. • Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and deliver high-quality SAP solutions. • Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve SAP Project System and Portfolio Management processes.
