Job description

Key Skills: SAP SD, SAP TM, SAP LE, Quote to Cash, O2C, Logistics, Transportation Management, SAP Integration, Functional Configuration, Production Support, Incident Management Roles & Responsibilities: • Support SAP SD and SAP TM processes across Quote to Cash and logistics operations • Analyze and resolve production issues impacting order processing, transportation, and related integrations • Work on functional configurations and process alignment across SAP SD, TM, and LE • Coordinate with business and technical teams to troubleshoot interface and integration issues • Provide ongoing support for incident resolution and operational stability Experience: • 5 to 9 years of relevant SAP functional experience • Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP Transportation Management • Working knowledge of logistics and LE processes in SAP environments • Proven integration experience across SAP modules and connected systems • Experience supporting production environments and resolving functional issues Good to Have: • Experience with O2C processes • Incident Management exposure Education: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
