Job description

**Must Have Skills:** 1. **5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors HCM** 2. **SAP SuccessFactors Certified Consultant in Recruitment Management, recruitment marketing** 3. **Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Recruitment management, career site developments (recruitment marketing)** 4. **Good Experience in SuccessFactors platform functionalities, such as story reports, Role based permissions etc..** 5. **Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met** 6. **Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation** 7. **Experience in E2E Testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT)** 8. **Superior communications skills, both verbal and written** 9. **Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel**
