Job description

Must Have Skills: 1. 5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors HCM 2. SAP SuccessFactors Certified Consultant in Recruitment Management, recruitment marketing 3. Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Recruitment management, career site developments (recruitment marketing) 4. Good Experience in SuccessFactors platform functionalities, such as story reports, Role based permissions etc.. 5. Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met 6. Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation 7. Experience in E2E Testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT) 8. Superior communications skills, both verbal and written 9. Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
