**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Ensure physical security of the plant by implementing effective access control measures, CCTV surveillance systems, and patrols. - Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or other forms of malicious activity. - Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to investigate incidents and respond to emergencies promptly. - Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies for mitigating potential threats. **Job Requirements :** - 20-30 years of experience in Physical Security or related field (e.g., military service). - Strong understanding of Plant operations and familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA). - Proficiency in Tamil language is required; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Proven track record in developing and implementing effective security management plans.
