Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Ensure physical security of the plant by implementing effective access control measures, CCTV surveillance systems, and patrols. • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or other forms of malicious activity. • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to investigate incidents and respond to emergencies promptly. • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies for mitigating potential threats. Job Requirements : • 20-30 years of experience in Physical Security or related field (e.g., military service). • Strong understanding of Plant operations and familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA). • Proficiency in Tamil language is required; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective security management plans.
