Senior Associate - Intelligent Automation Developer

Key Skills: VB Script, Python, Automation Anywhere, Chatbots, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering Roles and Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform. • Build and enhance bots, reusable components, and workflow automations for enterprise use cases. • Write and troubleshoot SQL queries and support database-driven automation logic. • Implement OCR-based document automation using IQBOT and Document Intelligence. • Support bot updates, issue resolution, and production maintenance within agreed SLA timelines. Skills Required: • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in intelligent automation, RPA, or workflow automation. • Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and VB Script. • Strong working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and enterprise automation solution design. • Experience supporting scalable automation solutions, bot enhancements, and production fixes. • Exposure to OCR technologies such as IQBOT and Document Intelligence for document automation. Good to Have: • Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI exposure for next-generation automation use cases. Education: Any Graduation.
