Hexaware is Hiring | Senior Developer - Microsoft Copilot Studio Location: PAN India Experience: 6-12 Years Hexaware is looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer - Microsoft Copilot Studio to build and deliver enterprise-grade AI agents leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services. Key Skills: • Microsoft Copilot Studio • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) • Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search • Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG • REST APIs, Custom Connectors • Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Integrations • AI Governance, Responsible AI, Security & Compliance Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Copilot Studio. • Configure topics, actions, entities, variables, conversation flows, and knowledge sources. • Implement generative orchestration, knowledge grounding, and enterprise integrations. • Integrate with Azure services, APIs, Power Automate, Dataverse, and business applications. • Ensure secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions with appropriate governance and guardrails. • Perform agent evaluation, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. • 6-12 years of software development/Power Platform experience. • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio implementations. • Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI certifications are an added advantage.
