Senior Engineering Manager - Data & AI Platform

Key Skills: AWS, People Management, Gen AI, Data Engineering, MLOps, Semantic AI, Engineering Management, Cloud finops, Logistics Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead and grow a team of engineers delivering data and AI platform capabilities on AWS • Drive architecture and execution for data engineering pipelines, AI platform services, and internal developer enablement • Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to define roadmap, delivery milestones, and technical priorities • Establish engineering standards for reliability, scalability, security, and operational readiness across the platform • Mentor engineers, manage performance, and build a high-accountability team culture Skills Required: • 8 to 13 years of relevant experience, including engineering management experience • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, data engineering, GenAI, MLOps, and semantic AI • Proven experience leading platform or data engineering teams in a cloud environment • Experience designing scalable data and AI systems that support production workloads • Experience with engineering leadership, team management, and delivery ownership in a product or platform organization Good to Have: • Exposure to logistics domain workflows • Cloud FinOps experience Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
