JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Senior Executive Performance Management System (PMS) Department: Human Resources (HR) Location: Navsari Employment Type: Full-Time 1. Purpose of the Role To drive, execute, and monitor the end-to-end Performance Management cycle across the organization. The Senior Executive – PMS will ensure that goal-setting (KRA/KPI), continuous feedback, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals are conducted smoothly, transparently, and on schedule, aligning individual performance with organizational objectives. 2. Key Responsibilities & Result Areas (KRAs) Performance Cycle Management: • Drive the annual and mid-year performance review processes, ensuring 100% completion within defined timelines. • Assist department heads and line managers in formulating clear, measurable Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for their teams. • Facilitate normalization and calibration meetings to ensure equitable performance ratings across different departments. Data Tracking & Analytics: • Design and maintain automated performance trackers and dynamic dashboards to monitor the status of goal setting and appraisals in real-time. • Utilize complex Excel data management and formula-based record-keeping to process performance scores, calculate bell curve distributions, and generate increment proposals. • Analyze performance data to identify trends, high-potential talent, and areas requiring training interventions. Stakeholder Engagement & Support: • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding any PMS-related queries or system issues. • Conduct orientation and training sessions for employees and managers on how to effectively use the performance appraisal system and set SMART goals. • Partner with department heads to resolve grievances or disputes arising from performance ratings. Process Optimization: • Continuously evaluate current PMS processes and recommend improvements to enhance transparency, fairness, and user experience. • Support the transition to or administration of digital HRMS/PMS platforms for streamlined evaluations. 3. Candidate Profile & Requirements Educational Qualifications: • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized university/institute. Work Experience: • 4 to 12 years of core experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Performance Management and Appraisals within a mid-to-large scale organization. Technical & Behavioral Skills: • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (must be highly capable of creating automated dashboards, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and handling large data sets). • Thorough understanding of performance evaluation methodologies (e.g., Bell Curve, 360-Degree Feedback, Balanced Scorecard). • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels. • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and analytical thinking.
