Key selection criteria : • Seniority:  We need genuinely senior, hands-on engineers who have experience owning complex mobile features end-to-end. • Immediate productivity:  Candidates should be able to hit the ground running  with minimal ramp-up and operate independently. • Communication:  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders and engineering teams. • Onshore collaboration:  Engineers will work closely with onshore engineering, product, UX, and technology teams , so experience working with distributed/global teams is highly desirable. • Ownership:  Candidates should demonstrate strong accountability for delivery, technical decisions, quality, and production outcomes. • Adaptability:  The roadmap is still being finalized, so candidates should be comfortable operating in an environment where priorities may evolve. JD – Senior Mobile App Engineer, iOS Role Overview Looking for a highly experienced Senior iOS Engineer  to join a high-impact mobile engineering team responsible for building and enhancing a next-generation mobile application. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality native iOS applications. • Own mobile features end-to-end, from technical design through development, testing, deployment, and production support. • Build scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performance mobile experiences. • Collaborate closely with Android, backend, UX, Product Owners, Scrum Leads, QA, and onshore engineering teams. • Participate in technical design and architecture discussions. • Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code. • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other engineers. • Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and production issues. • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers. • Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment. Required Skills • 9+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on iOS development experience. • Strong expertise in Swift  and modern iOS development. • Strong knowledge of iOS SDK and Apple frameworks. • Experience with SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern architecture patterns such as MVVM/VIPER/Clean Architecture . • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services. • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and networking. • Experience with unit/UI testing, debugging, and performance optimization. • Understanding of mobile security, authentication, and secure API integration. • Experience with Git and CI/CD. • Strong Agile/Scrum experience. • Experience working with distributed/global engineering teams. Preferred • Experience building large-scale consumer mobile applications. • Experience in travel, transportation, hospitality, e-commerce, financial services, or other high-volume customer-facing applications. • Experience with cloud-based backend services and microservices. • Experience with mobile observability, crash analytics, and performance monitoring. • Experience contributing to mobile architecture and technical strategy.
