Job Title: Sr. Manager Experience: 8+ years Location: Greater Noida We at Coforge are hiring Senior Manager for Compensation & Benefit with the following skillset: • Lead compensation programs including annual salary reviews, promotions, market adjustments, and incentive planning • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market intelligence analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices • Support pay equity assessments and compliance with EU Pay Transparency requirements. • Develop compensation analytics, cost impact assessment, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making. • Design and implement pay range frameworks, leveraging market intelligence and compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across the region. • Conduct compensation and rewards assessments for new and emerging markets, providing data-driven recommendations on pay positioning, reward strategy, and talent attraction. • Partner with business leaders and HR teams on compensation recommendations, retention strategies, and workforce planning. • Manage Social Security Agreement (SSA) requirements and Certificates of Coverage (CoC) for international assignees and cross-border employees, where applicable • Support governance, audit, and compliance activities related to compensation and social security obligations. • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of Total Rewards processes across the region. Required Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in Global Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards • Strong expertise in compensation strategy, market benchmarking, and pay governance. • Experience with pay equity analysis and EU Pay Transparency/ Pay parity initiatives. • Knowledge of Social Security Agreements (SSA), Certificates of Coverage (CoC), and international mobility-related compensation matters.
