Senior Manager - Data & Analytics

Key Skills: AI/ML, Data architecture, Agile Delivery, Data Analytics, Snowflake, Data Bricks, Data Governance, Stakeholder Management Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead the design and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions across modern cloud data platforms. • Define and govern data architecture standards, data models, and platform patterns for scalable analytics use cases. • Drive implementation of data governance practices across data quality, lineage, access control, and metadata management. • Partner with delivery teams to execute Agile programs and manage end-to-end solution delivery across multiple workstreams. • Support AI/ML and GenAI solution initiatives by aligning data foundations, platform readiness, and delivery execution. Skills Required: • 15+ years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics, Architecture, and Delivery. • Strong hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Governance, and Data Architecture. • Proven expertise with Databricks or Snowflake in enterprise data platform environments. • Experience delivering scalable data solutions with strong architecture and delivery ownership. • Exposure to AI/ML solution delivery and Agile execution in complex enterprise programs. Good to Have: • Stakeholder management experience across business and technology teams. Education: Any Graduation.
