Read on... **What makes the role meaty?** - Leading the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to develop and consolidate budgets. - To Leverage past experience in FP&A and business partnering to drive cross-functional alignment between diverse functions and business units. - Breaking down complex business dynamics with structured analysis, identify opportunities for growth and deliver recommendations. - Collaborating with the technology team to implement and optimize financial systems (e.g., ERP software, AI-powered financial tools). Identify opportunities for process automation and work to enhance financial system capabilities. - Working with business leaders to review key cost items and arrive at strategy and metrics to improve profitability - Working closely with Controllership team to review the cost data and work collaboratively to arrive at the business analytics - Conducting variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial performance, identifying key trends and discrepancies and work with stakeholders to fix these at the root cause • Developing financial models to analyze business performance and make data-driven recommendations. - Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations. - Collecting and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and business performance improvements. - Leading the creation and publishing of management dashboards and financial KPIs to track business performance. - Leading the preparation of financial presentations for internal stakeholders. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data reporting and analysis. - Providing support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required. - Participating in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business cases **We hope that you…** - Are a Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of post qualification and a strong internship experience (preferably with one of the big 4’s); - Have Strong interest in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. - Have Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / MS power point. - Have basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Hands on experience with financial analysis / reporting tools like SAP S/4 HANA, Tableau, Power BI
