**Job Title: Associate Manager - Field & Partner Marketing** **Experience:** 5-9 years **Location:** Bangalore **Reports To:** Head of Field & Partner Marketing **Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic Planning:** - Develop and manage quarterly and annual partner marketing plans, ensuring alignment with partner objectives, available marketing opportunities, and compliance with relevant guidelines and processes. - Lead joint business plans with partner teams, serving as the primary marketing liaison to drive deeper collaboration, program alignment, and shared growth. - Plan and execute a diverse slate of partner-aligned initiatives--including trade shows, conferences, solution launches, awards, and sponsorships--to elevate Tredence's visibility as an industry-leading analytics partner. - Lead joint portfolio marketing and thought leadership efforts by aligning with CBOs, practice leaders, channel teams, and partners to create impactful content--case studies, videos, CXO surveys, press releases, solution sheets, and internal communications--that enhance brand equity and partner success. - Secure and maximize use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for joint campaigns, ensuring efficient and strategic use of partner resources to support key offerings and accelerators. - Support onboarding and marketplace activation to drive awareness and demand for joint solutions and portfolio innovations. - Champion partner value propositions internally and externally, ensuring alignment across Tredence teams, partner organizations, and target client segments. **Event Management:** - Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, such as trade shows, conferences, new service launches and sponsorships. - Experience running large customer conclaves with a significant budget upwards of $250k. - Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful event execution and seamless customer experiences. **Building a Strong Brand:** - Build a relevant and differentiated brand by elevating Tredence's market presence through content and solution marketing, executive visibility, media engagements, and high-impact speaker opportunities. - Monitor market trends and craft bold, non-traditional brand plays at large industry events - steering clear of run-of-the-mill ideas. - Collaborate with partners and event organizers to amplify Tredence's position as an analytics industry leader via tech talks, thought leadership pieces, and other strategic platforms. **Relationship Building:** - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and vendors to leverage partnerships for marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide marketing support to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. - Act as a brand ambassador and representative at events, fostering positive relationships with customers and prospects. **Metrics and Reporting:** - Maintain trackers and assist in measuring performance across partner campaigns and events. - Pull and consolidate data from various platforms to support regular reporting and reviews. - Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate marketing campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. **You'll be a great fit for this role if you have/are:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience in growth-focused or partner-led marketing roles. - Exposure to working with large technology or cloud ecosystem partners (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS). - Creative mindset; strong storytelling and messaging instincts with the ability to translate technical solutions into client-first narratives. - Experienced in handling large events and running multi-channel campaigns across digital, experiential, and content touchpoints. - Hands-on with marketing and sales tools like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Demandbase, or equivalents. - Skilled in managing multiple projects across time zones with high attention to detail and deadlines. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills;
