Key Skills: TIBCO, Data modeling, Workflow, Customization, Validation, MDM, Power BI, Python Roles and Responsibilities: • Design and maintain master data models in TIBCO EBX to support enterprise data governance requirements • Configure and enhance workflows for master data creation, approval, and stewardship processes • Implement validation rules and data quality controls to ensure consistency and integrity of master records • Develop platform customizations to meet business-specific MDM requirements • Support ongoing EBX enhancements, issue resolution, and production stability for master data operations Skills Required: • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in MDM and enterprise data engineering • Hands-on experience with Master Data Management solutions and TIBCO EBX • Strong data modeling experience for master data domains and reference data structures • Experience designing workflow-driven MDM processes with validation and governance controls • Ability to support platform configuration, customizations, and integration-ready data structures Good to Have: • Power BI • Python Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
