Job Description • 6 to 8 years of experience in technical eLearning development or LMS integration • Experience working with SCORM-based courses and LMS platforms • Experience supporting enterprise learning deployments preferred Responsibilities • Configure and export SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 compliant course packages • Validate SCORM API communication including completion status, success status, bookmarking, and score reporting • Test SCORM packages in SCORM Cloud prior to LMS deployment • Upload courses to LMS test environments and validate tracking, reporting, and learner attempts • Troubleshoot LMS compatibility issues and tracking inconsistencies • Optimize publish settings for browser compatibility and performance • Provide technical support during deployment and post go-live validation
