Well versed with Jira & confluence for project management activities Taking care of all internal operations & processes (HCL stakeholders) Interacting with all project stakeholders. Preparing weekly status reports and circulating to all stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication Qualification: Graduate from reputed institute Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinate project management activities and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope 2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets 3. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies 4. Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership 5. Prepare and present project status reports to management 6. Support the implementation of project management tools and methodologies 7. Conduct regular project reviews and identify areas for process improvement 8. Ensure compliance with project management standards and policies Skill Requirements 1. Handson experience of project management tools and software 2. Strong organizational and time management skills 3. Good communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Attention to detail and accuracy in work 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment 7. Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies 8.
