**Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead Generation & Sales:** Source new loan customers through dealer tie-ups, referrals, and direct marketing. - **Customer Interaction:** Explain loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms (EMIs) to potential clients. - **Documentation & Processing:** Collect necessary documents, pre-screen applications, and ensure accurate, timely submission to the credit team. - **Relationship Management:** Maintain strong, active relationships with car dealership sales teams to ensure regular lead flow. - **Targets:** Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for loan disbursement. - **Compliance & Audit:** Ensure all loan applications adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines. - **Field Work:** Visit customer locations for document pickup and deal closures. **Preferred candidate profile:** - **Experience:** 0-4 Years in Sales - **Education:** Graduate - **Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and basic computer literacy. - **Mobility:** Ability to travel to dealer sites and customer locations.
