Senior Salesforce Developer

**Roles and Responsibilities: -** • Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud • Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools • Participate in end-to-end development lifecycle including design, development, Code reviews, testing, and deployment and production support • Create and maintain Custom objects, Validation rules, Workflows, Process builders, and Flows • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines • Manage deployments and release cycles using CI/CD tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions **Required Skills & Qualifications: -** • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • At least 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and standard/custom objects • Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Omni-Channel, and Case Management • Experience with Lightning Design System (SLDS) and UI customization • Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and deployment tools (Change Sets, VS Code, Git, or Copado)
