Key Skills: Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS, Splunk, Dynatrace, Production Support, Application Monitoring, Incident Management Roles & Responsibilities: • Monitor applications and infrastructure using Splunk and Dynatrace. • Investigate and resolve production incidents and performance issues. • Support Java and Spring Boot backend applications. • Troubleshoot MongoDB-related data and application issues. • Assist with AWS deployments and cloud operations. • Perform log analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis. • Maintain operational documentation and runbooks. • Ensure application stability, availability, and performance. Experience Required: • 2-4 years of experience in Software Engineering or Production Support. • Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot. • Experience with Splunk for monitoring and log analysis. • Knowledge of Dynatrace for application performance monitoring. • Experience with MongoDB and database troubleshooting. • Exposure to AWS cloud services and production environments. • Strong problem-solving and incident management skills. • Production Support experience is preferred. Education: Any Graduation.
