Role Objective: Manage and drive training & development initiatives for mapped employees and clusters. Key Responsibilities: \\* Oversee training and development objectives across teams \\* Ensure effective training coverage aligned with sales and product mix goals \\* Plan and execute training calendars based on business needs and monthly agendas What We're Looking For: \\* Excellent communication and presentation abilities \\* Hands-on experience with PowerPoint Preferred candidate profile Additional Information : Role: Management Trainee Employee type : Apprentice CTC: 3.5lpa (29,167/m stipend)
