Service Engineer (Delhi)

Job description

🔹 Position: Service Engineer – On-roll 🔹 Experience: 2–3 Years 🔹 Education: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech 🔹 Preferred Industry: Service Industry 🔹 Location: Delhi 🔹 Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (~70%) across India Key Responsibilities • Handle customer technical queries and provide on-site support • Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues and failures • Repair and refurbish PCBs, batteries, adapters/chargers, OLEDs and detectors • Perform system-level testing and validation • Support installation, commissioning and preventive maintenance at customer sites • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions • Prepare technical reports and maintain service documentation • Coordinate with the Bangalore team for effective issue resolution • Provide technical/refresher training to customers when required Required Skills • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills • Hands-on experience with diagnostic, assembly, repair and maintenance tools • Good customer-handling and communication skills • Hindi communication skills are required • Good knowledge of MS Office • Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy • Willingness to travel extensively across India
