🔹 Position: Service Engineer 🔹 Experience: 2-3 Years 🔹 Education: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech 🔹 Preferred Background: EEE / ECE / Mechanical 🔹 Location: Bengaluru 🔹 Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (~70%) across India Key Responsibilities • Handle customer technical queries and provide on-site support • Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues and failures • Repair and refurbish PCBs, batteries, adapters/chargers, OLEDs and detectors • Perform system-level testing and validation • Installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites • Prepare technical reports and maintain service documentation • Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution • Provide technical training/refresher training to customers when required Required Skills • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Hands-on experience with electronics/electrical/mechanical systems • Knowledge of diagnostic, assembly, repair and maintenance tools • Good communication and customer-handling skills • Hindi communication skills are required • Proficiency in MS Office • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
