Team members work in a growing sector with opportunities to engage in innovative technologies and impactful projects. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Nagpur. The Service Engineer will perform installation support, commissioning, and routine maintenance of solar power systems at customer locations. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing corrective and preventive repairs, and providing on-site technical support to ensure optimal system performance. The role involves coordinating with project teams and customers, documenting service activities, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The Service Engineer will also assist in training customers on system operation and basic troubleshooting. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for solar power systems and related equipment. - Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service experience, including on-site inspections, installations, and commissioning activities. - Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair skills to manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. - Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, contractors, and internal teams. - Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field preferred. - Experience in solar energy or power systems service will be an advantage. - Ability to work independently in the field, follow safety procedures, and maintain accurate service records.
