**Role Overview** As a **Service Manager 2W (MaaS)**, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day service operations of the two-wheeler fleet, ensuring maximum vehicle availability, high service quality, and operational excellence. You will manage workshop operations, supervise technicians and mechanics, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure timely resolution of vehicle issues while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in two-wheeler service, workshop management, team leadership, and process-driven operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage the daily operations of the 2-wheeler service hub, ensuring smooth and efficient workshop functioning. - Supervise, coach, and develop a team of mechanics and technicians to achieve service quality and productivity targets. - Ensure timely preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and servicing of the two-wheeler fleet. - Monitor vehicle uptime and drive continuous improvement in repair turnaround time (TAT). - Diagnose complex vehicle issues and provide technical guidance to the service team when required. - Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unexpected breakdowns. - Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Procurement, and Inventory teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables. - Monitor workshop productivity, technician utilization, and service efficiency through defined KPIs. - Maintain accurate service records, repair history, and maintenance documentation. - Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines across workshop operations. - Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high service standards. - Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to fleet health, vehicle uptime, repairs, and workshop performance. **Qualifications & Experience** - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred). - **4-8 years** of experience in two-wheeler service operations, workshop management, or fleet maintenance. - Prior experience managing a two-wheeler service center, workshop, dealership service operations, or fleet maintenance operations. - Hands-on experience in scooter diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair processes. - Experience managing service technicians, workshop productivity, and maintenance planning. - Knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs) is preferred; candidates with strong ICE two-wheeler service experience and willingness to learn EV technology are encouraged to apply. - Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and service reporting tools. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven startup environment. **Preferred Skills** - Workshop Operations Management - Two-Wheeler Service & Maintenance - Fleet Maintenance - Preventive & Corrective Maintenance - Vehicle Diagnostics & Troubleshooting - Team Leadership & People Management - Workshop Productivity Management - Service Quality Assurance - Spare Parts & Inventory Coordination - Vehicle Uptime Management - Process Improvement - MIS Reporting - SOP Compliance - Problem Solving & Decision Making
