We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, IRM, SecOps, ITOM, Custom Applications, and UI Builder. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, architecture understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations. Intrested candidates please share your resume to this mail ID-Kamalin@hexaware.com Responsibilities: • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions. • Implement and support ServiceNow modules including: • ITSM • IRM (Integrated Risk Management) • SecOps (Security Operations) • ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) • Custom Applications • UI Builder / Workspace Development • Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Integrations. • Build scalable solutions using App Engine and Custom Applications. • Configure and customize ServiceNow Workspaces using UI Builder. • Develop REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. • Perform technical design reviews and provide best practice recommendations. • Lead code reviews and ensure platform governance standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues. • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
