Job description

Role Purpose Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management, patching, and vulnerability remediation processes. The role focuses on improving platform reliability, security, and operational efficiency through automation and AI-driven engineering practices. Must-Have Skills & Experience • 6+ years of DevOps/Automation Engineering experience. • Strong hands-on expertise in Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, Dynamic Inventories, Ansible Vault, Patch Orchestration). • Strong proficiency in Python scripting and automation development. • Extensive experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipeline design and implementation. • Strong knowledge of REST APIs (integration, authentication, security, and testing). • Experience with Git and release/branching strategies. • Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills. • Hands-on experience in Patching & Vulnerability Management across Linux/Windows environments. • Experience integrating SAST, Dependency Scanning, and Container Image Scanning into CI/CD pipelines. • Ability to assess and remediate vulnerabilities based on CVSS scores, exploitability, and business impact. • Experience with enterprise vulnerability and patching tools such as Red Hat Satellite or equivalent platforms. • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience in patch compliance reporting and vulnerability management governance. • Understanding of observability and monitoring (logging, metrics, alerting, tracing). • Exposure to AI/LLM technologies such as Prompt Engineering, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs, embeddings, and AI-driven automation.Role & responsibilities If You're Interested, share your cv to - nharitha@teksystems.com
