Job Description: ServiceNow Developer (7+ Years Experience) | Immediate Joiner Position : ServiceNow Developer Experience : 7+ Years Availability : Immediate Joiner / 0-15 Days Notice Period Preferred Location : Gr Noida, Pune & Hyderabad Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM, custom application development, integrations, workflows, and Service Portal development. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. • Implement and support ITSM processes including: • Incident Management • Problem Management • Change Management • Request Management • Service Catalog • Knowledge Management • Develop and maintain: • Business Rules • Client Scripts • UI Policies • UI Actions • Script Includes • ACLs • Workflows / Flow Designer • Create and maintain Service Catalog Items and Record Producers. • Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. • Work on CMDB data management and related configurations. • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams. • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring best practices and coding standards. Required Skills • 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience. • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM. • Hands-on experience with: • JavaScript • Glide APIs • Flow Designer • Service Catalog • Service Portal • IntegrationHub • CMDB • Experience in REST/SOAP integrations. • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
