Key Skills: ServiceNow, ITSM, CSM, TSM, ServiceNow Architecture, IT Service Management, Telecom Platforms, Solution Design, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Architecture, OOTB Capabilities, Enterprise Integration, Agile, Waterfall Roles & Responsibilities: • Drive functional and technical solution design across the ServiceNow domain. • Translate business and IT requirements into ServiceNow solutions aligned to OOTB capabilities and architectural standards. • Provide architectural oversight across solutioning and development activities. • Work with enterprise architects, solution architects, and domain SMEs to shape implementation epics and delivery plans. • Support Agile planning activities and guide squads with technical direction and platform expertise. Experience Required: • 14+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, especially in CSM or TSM environments. • Proven background as an IT architect in a telecom context. • Ability to design scalable platform solutions and evaluate impact across connected systems. • Experience working with ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise integration scenarios. Good to Have: • Experience with Waterfall delivery methodology. • Experience with Agile methodology. Education: • Master's degree in IT, Telecom, or equivalent experience.
