Job Description: ServiceNow Project Manager Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager Experience: 8+ Years Location: Gr Noida, Pune & Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise along with a good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, FSM, or GRC. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk management, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects and programs. • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans. • Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testing teams. • Drive project governance, status reporting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution. • Ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements. • Facilitate requirement gathering, workshops, sprint planning, and UAT activities. • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships. • Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. • Track project performance, resource utilization, and project financials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Required Skills • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Project Management. • Experience managing ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SPM, GRC, or IRM. • Experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience working with global customers and distributed teams. • Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance. • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools. Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow CIS/CSA Certification. • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile Certification. • Experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects. • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
