Dear Candidate, We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Site Engineer** to manage waterproofing application projects across. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, billing, coordination with applicator manpower, and client interaction to ensure timely and quality project completion. Site Execution & Supervision** - Supervise waterproofing application works at site. - Ensure work is executed as per technical specifications and quality standards. - Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. - Maintain daily progress reports. **2. Billing & Documentation** - Prepare client RA bills and subcontractor/applicator bills. - Measure work quantities and maintain proper billing records. - Coordinate with accounts for timely submission and approvals. - Maintain material reconciliation statements. **3. Manpower Coordination** - Coordinate with applicator teams and subcontractors. - Ensure availability of required manpower and materials. - Monitor productivity and discipline at site. - Provide technical guidance to applicators. **4. Client Coordination** - Act as the primary point of contact at site. - Attend client meetings and provide project updates. - Handle site-related queries and ensure client satisfaction. - Coordinate for approvals, inspections, and certifications. **5. Planning & Material Management** - Plan daily and weekly work schedules. - Ensure proper storage and usage of waterproofing materials. - Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - 25 years of experience in waterproofing or construction site execution. - Good knowledge of waterproofing systems (PU coating, APP membrane, injection grouting, etc.). - Strong billing and measurement skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
