Software Engineer (C++ / Railway Signaling)

Job description

Key Skills: GIT, Railway signaling, C++, Unit Testing Roles and Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain onboard software components in C++17 for railway systems • Develop software in compliance with railway standards such as EN 50128 • Perform code reviews adhering to MISRA C++ and AUTOSAR C++ guidelines • Write and maintain unit tests using GoogleTest and GMock • Manage source code using Git with structured branching and PR workflows Skills Required: • 8 - 10 years of relevant software engineering experience • C++17 development • Git-based source control with branching and pull request workflows • Unit testing using GoogleTest and GMock • Railway signaling domain knowledge Good to Have: • Agile development practices Education: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) Candidate Preference: • Engineering background is mandatory. • Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore. • Relocation is not an option. • Female candidates only.
