Software Engineer - UX Designer

Key Skills: Figma, UX Research, UX Design, Accessibility Design, Design Systems, Interaction Design, Prototyping, Wireframing, User Flows, Usability, Inclusive Design, Product Design, Data-Informed Design Roles & Responsibilities: • Conduct UX research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns. • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. • Design accessible interfaces that align with usability standards and inclusive design principles. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine product requirements into effective user experiences. • Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across product screens and journeys. Experience Required: • 7 to 12 years of experience in UX, UX Research, and UX Design. • Advanced proficiency in Figma for interaction design and prototyping. • Experience designing accessible digital products and applying accessibility design principles. • Ability to translate research findings into scalable product design decisions. Good to Have: • Experience with analytics and data-informed design decisions. • Exposure to design systems and component-based design workflows. Education: • Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation.
