Key Skills: CSS, Java, Walkme DAP, Javascript, HTML, Application Development, Servicenow ticketing, Stakeholder Management Roles and Responsibilities: • Configure and develop WalkMe solutions for business applications and user journeys • Build and maintain in-app guidance, walkthroughs, and adoption assets using web technologies • Support application enhancement requests and resolve issues raised through ticketing workflows • Collaborate with application teams to implement changes across web-based interfaces • Maintain solution quality across multiple environments and support ongoing updates Skills Required: • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience • Strong hands-on experience with WalkMe DAP configuration and development • Solid working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web-based implementations • Experience supporting enterprise application workflows and user-facing enhancements • Ability to work with ticketing tools and deliver reliable application support Good to Have: • ServiceNow experience • Application development background Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
