**About theRole:** We are seekinga Software Senior Engineer or Staff Software Engineer with exceptional programming fundamentals and deepSQL expertise to build intelligent, data-driven Agentic AI systems. The idealcandidate combines strong algorithmic thinking, database mastery, and AIintegration skills to develop autonomous agents that interact with complex dataarchitectures and deliver high-performance enterprise solutions. **What You’llDo:** Designand implement Agentic AI systems with robust SQL-based data retrieval andmanipulation Buildautonomous AI agents capable of querying, analyzing, and reasoning overstructured databases Develophigh-performance data pipelines and ETL workflows for AI-powered applications Writeoptimized SQL queries, stored procedures, CTEs, and window functions forcomplex analytics ImplementText-to-SQL agents using LLMs for natural language database interaction Designand maintain data models, schemas, and database architectures for AI workloads BuildRAG systems with SQL-based knowledge retrieval and hybrid search capabilities IntegrateAI agents with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and datawarehouses DevelopAPIs and microservices for data access and agent orchestration Optimizequery performance, indexing strategies, and database tuning for scale Mentorteam members on programming best practices and database design patterns Collaboratewith data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams on AI initiatives **What You’llNeed:** Expert-level SQL proficiency— complex joins, subqueries, CTEs (Common Table Expressions), window functions,recursive queries, and query optimization Deep understanding ofdatabase internals — execution plans, indexing strategies, partitioning, andperformance tuning for large-scale datasets Experience with multipledatabase platforms — PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and cloud datawarehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) Strong datamodeling skills — normalization, denormalization, star/snowflake schemas, anddesigning for analytical and transactional workloads StrongProgramming Fundamentals Proficiencyin Python, Java, or C# with emphasis on clean, maintainable code Strongfoundation in data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity Experiencewith object-oriented and functional programming paradigms Expertisein writing modular, testable, and well-documented code Core TechnicalSkills **Languages:** Python(Pandas, SQLAlchemy, asyncio), Java, or C# **Databases:** PostgreSQL,SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, BigQuery **DataEngineering:** Apache Spark, dbt, Airflow, Prefect **APIs:** RESTfulAPIs, FastAPI/Flask, microservices Agentic AI &LLM Integration Experiencebuilding AI agents with database tool calling and SQL generation Familiaritywith LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for agent orchestration Understandingof Text-to-SQL techniques and natural language query interfaces Knowledgeof RAG architectures combining structured and unstructured data Cloud &Infrastructure Experiencewith AWS (RDS, Redshift, Athena), Azure (SQL, Synapse), or GCP (BigQuery, CloudSQL) Containerizationwith Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes CI/CDpipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform)
