Solar Project Coordinator (Noida)

Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily project activities across multiple concurrent C&I solar sites (rooftop, in-roof/Roof X, ground-mount), liaising with site engineers, contractors, and vendors • Track project timelines, milestones, and material status; maintain and update project trackers (Excel-based dashboards, procurement schedules, payment schedules) • Prepare and circulate MIS reports, progress updates, and Minutes of Meeting for internal and client-facing reviews • Support procurement coordination material indenting, delivery follow-up, and vendor/contractor communication to avoid execution delays • Assist in preparing BOQs, SOWs, work completion schedules, and handover/HOTO documentation • Coordinate structural, electrical, and civil scope inputs from site teams into consolidated project documentation • Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and statutory/DISCOM requirements applicable to the project site/state • Support resolution of on-site issues (material delays, rework, RCA documentation for incidents) in coordination with the Projects and BD teams • Maintain single-point ownership of documentation for assigned projects — contracts, POs, site reports, and client correspondence • Liaise with clients on schedule updates, site access, and handover formalities
