Sr. Engineer (M2)

Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Engineer (M2) to join our team at Blue Star Ltd, responsible for supplier quality assurance and improvements. Roles and Responsibility • Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high-quality products from suppliers. • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in supplier quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality. • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control measures. • Provide training and coaching to suppliers on quality control procedures and best practices. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
