The Role We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Sr Learning and Development Specialist to drive capability-building across the business through high-impact learning experiences. This individual will report to the Sr Manager of the Global Learning Development Center of Excellence. This role serves as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, business leaders, and employees translating business priorities, skill gaps, and growth objectives into targeted learning strategies and programs. The Learning Partner owns the end-to-end lifecycle of learning solutions—from needs analysis and design through delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement. The scope of the role is to deliver the learning plan that solutions for our India 6sensers that aligns with India business needs and the global L&D strategy, as well as lead globally scaled programs for the enterprise as part of the global L&D Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in instructional design and facilitation, with the ability to create scalable, engaging learning experiences that drive measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership & Needs Analysis • Partner regularly with HRBPs and business leaders to understand strategic priorities, team performance needs, and capability gaps • Conduct structured learning needs analyses and translate insights into actionable learning plans • Serve as a consultative learning expert, advising stakeholders on the right mix of solutions (ILT, eLearning, blended, experiential) • Maintain an ongoing understanding of business goals, operating rhythms, and evolving skill requirements Learning Strategy & Program Design • Design and develop scalable learning programs aligned to critical capability areas (e.g., onboarding, manager effectiveness, functional skills, AI fluency) • Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE or equivalent) to create effective, learner-centered experiences • Build structured learning journeys and pathways that support skill development over time • Partner with subject matter experts to translate content into engaging learning experiences Facilitation & Delivery • Facilitate high-impact <span data-contr
