Senior Specialist - Client Enablement We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist - Client Enablement (Wealth Services Enablement Test Analyst) to join our Wealth Services Enablement (CLIENT ACTVN PRD COM GRP BUS INDUS) team. This role is located in Pune, India. In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways: - Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning and test execution for the Wove Platform client onboarding efforts. - Support test execution and defect management for both internal and external client testing activities - Support the adoption and build out of WS Enablement automation testing framework - Develop and maintain reporting to communicate testing progress, defect metrics for client onboarding efforts - Act as a client-facing test lead, providing clear communication on status, issues, dependencies, and quality outcomes. - Partner with technology product teams to support quality delivery continuous improvement. - Strong experience in enterprise test automation design, execution, and support. - Hands-on expertise with Playwright Selenium for end-to-end, UI, functional, and regression testing. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with working knowledge of Python and SQL. - Experience with AI-enabled testing to improve test design, optimization, and defect analysis. - Strong knowledge of JIRA and Zephyr for defect tracking, test management, and reporting. - Proficiency in Power BI and Excel/VBA macro tooling for dashboards, metrics, and process automation. - Ability to support testing across UI, workflow, data, and integrated system layers.
