**Job Title: Store Manager Smart Bazaar** **Location:** Chennai, Cuddalore, Vellore, Hosur, Tiruvanamalai **Experience:** 5 – 10 Years in Retail / FMCG **Employment Type:** Full Time **About the Role:** We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing retail store operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets - Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations - Manage inventory, shrinkage control, and stock replenishment - Maintain VM standards and store hygiene - Lead, train, and motivate store staff - Monitor attendance, rostering, and manpower planning - Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies - Deliver exceptional customer experience - Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, SCM, Finance) - Ensure adherence to health & safety norms **Key Skills Required:** - Strong leadership and team handling skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of retail KPIs and business metrics - Problem-solving and decision-making ability - MS Office proficiency **Preferred Candidate Profile:** - Graduate / Post Graduate - Experience in Supermarket / Hypermarket / Fashion Retail preferred - Immediate joiners preferred
