The organization emphasizes technological excellence, innovation, and long-term partnerships with global leaders to supply high-quality, cutting-edge products to major manufacturers in India. **Role Description** The Store Manager role at JBM Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Haridwar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company standards and policies. The Store Manager will lead and mentor the store team, coordinate shift schedules, and ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. The role includes monitoring sales performance, implementing promotional activities, managing cash handling procedures, and controlling store expenses. The Store Manager will also collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align store performance with business objectives and support continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** - Strong customer-facing skills, with a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. - Effective Communication abilities for interacting with customers, team members, and management. - Proven Store Management experience, including supervision, team leadership, and operational oversight. - Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic understanding of store compliance and safety. - Prior experience in retail or automotive-related environments is preferred. - Ability to analyze sales data, manage inventory, and use retail management systems or POS tools. - Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accountability for results. - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
