**Location: Kerala (Multiple Locations)** **Job Summary** We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to oversee end-to-end store operations, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail operations, and a proven track record of achieving business targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets. - Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. - Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to maximize productivity and performance. - Deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure high service standards. - Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion, average bill value, NPS and productivity. - Ensure effective merchandising, stock availability, and inventory accuracy. - Minimize inventory loss through effective control measures and compliance. - Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and operational standards. - Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and audit compliance. **Eligibility** - Graduate in any discipline - 5-10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role. - Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS/ERP systems. **Preferred Industry** Retail | Consumer Durables | Electronics | Home Appliances | Mobile Retail | Fashion | FMCG | Supermarket | Large Format Retail
