Location: Kerala (Multiple Locations) Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to oversee end-to-end store operations, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail operations, and a proven track record of achieving business targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets. • Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to maximize productivity and performance. • Deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure high service standards. • Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion, average bill value, NPS and productivity. • Ensure effective merchandising, stock availability, and inventory accuracy. • Minimize inventory loss through effective control measures and compliance. • Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and operational standards. • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and audit compliance. Eligibility • Graduate in any discipline • 5-10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role. • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS/ERP systems.
