Roles and Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service to every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience at Titan Eye+. • Conduct eye exams and dispense glasses/contact lenses with accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, displays, and inventory management. • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote brand awareness. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile • B.Sc degree in Optometry from an accredited institution. • 2-7 years of experience in retail optometry or related field (optometrists preferred). • Strong knowledge of optical products, including frames, lenses, contact lenses, etc. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
