Job Description Senior - Supply Chain Management Position: Senior Supply Chain Management Department: Operations & Supply Chain Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional for the role of Senior Supply Chain Management. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehouse coordination, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a proven ability to optimize supply chain processes while ensuring operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Operations • Manage end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement to final product delivery. • Ensure uninterrupted availability of inventory across warehouses and channels. • Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain functions. Demand Planning & Inventory Management • Forecast demand based on historical data, sales trends, and business requirements. • Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory. • Track inventory movement and ensure inventory accuracy. • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for production and replenishment planning. Procurement &; Vendor Management • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with vendors. • Evaluate vendor performance and identify alternate sourcing opportunities. • Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards. Logistics & Warehouse Management • Oversee warehousing and distribution activities. • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. • Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with inventory and warehouse management processes. Reporting &Process Improvement • Prepare MIS reports and analyze key supply chain metrics. • Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions. • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Required Qualifications • Bachelor & degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. • 7-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management. • Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, Consumer Goods, or E-commerce industries will be preferred. • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
