Create Culture & Environment of Safety in the organization 1- Co-ordinating with Safety Training Sub-committee to ensure timely completion of training programs 2- Ensuring timely adherence to Safety Training Calendar • Monitoring safety training man days per employee including classroom/Virtual training/ E-Learning, MS Team & other modes. 3 - Implementing New Safety Learning interventions. Capability building 1- Collection of TNI from various sources (MDP, Business Req) 2- Preparation, circulating and compliance of Training Calendar(B+S+Tech) on monthly basis. 3 - Technical/Behavioural Training Man days tracking & updating & circulating statuses with all internal stakeholders. 4 To ensure timely evaluation for measuring the effectiveness of all these trainings. GETs/DETs : Induction & Orientation of GETs/DETs/Experienced Engineers: 20 1- Frame/Implement/Coordinate & evaluate the Training needs & Developmental plans of all GETs/DETs 2- Taking feedback from plant heads/sectional heads on way-forward developmental activities. 3 - Ensuring timely assessment of GETs as per the digital platform. Technical Competency Development 1-Skill development of members as per the Skill Matrix 2-Technical competency development & its implementation. Capacity Branding 1- Strengthening Training System & Practices through various innovative initiatives. 2- Branding of Trainings held through posters, one-pagers, etc. 3- Skill set and potential identification & development of Contractual Labours, Members, etc. at shopfloor 4- Digitizing training effectiveness processes Customer Centricity 1 - To Ensure Training Effectiveness Process 2 – Ensuring CSOD Compliance 3- Ensure Training processes as per designed SOPs. 4 - Strengthening Training System & Practices 5 - Knowledge Management 6 – IMS/QMS dashboard management Preferred candidate profile Specialist in Training and Development
