System Engineer - Technical Expert M365 Exchange

Key Skills: Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Exchange Server SE, Hybrid Exchange, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Communication Services, Mail Flow, SMTP Routing, Transport Rules, Message Trace Roles and Responsibilities: • Own technical support and administration for Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments. • Design, configure, and automate messaging platform changes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. • Support mail flow, routing, transport rules, connectors, and message trace analysis. • Investigate and resolve complex incidents across enterprise messaging and email security scenarios. • Participate in Exchange migration and coexistence activities from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365. Experience: • 7+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 Exchange or enterprise messaging administration. • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Exchange Online in enterprise environments. • Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server SE and Hybrid Exchange architecture. • Proven ability to manage mail flow, SMTP routing, connectors, transport rules, MX records, and message trace. • Advanced PowerShell scripting experience for automation, reporting, and operational administration. Good to Have: • Experience with migration from on-premises messaging platforms to Exchange Online. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
