Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Talend Developer with strong expertise in the Cloudera Data Platform (CDP). In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust data integration pipelines, transforming large and complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. You will play a critical role in scaling our big data architecture and ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise systems • Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, test, and deploy scalable end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend Data Integration and Talend Big Data. • Cloudera Integration: Develop and optimize data ingestion and processing frameworks within the Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) environment, utilizing components like Hive, Impala, Spark, and HDFS. • Performance Tuning: Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in Talend jobs and Cloudera cluster queries to ensure optimal data processing speeds. • Data Modeling & Quality: Implement data quality rules, data cleansing routines, and validation processes within Talend. Assist in designing efficient data warehouse schemas. • Automation & Orchestration: Schedule and automate ETL workflows using orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Control-M, or Talend Administration Center). • Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with Data Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Provide technical guidance to junior developers.
