Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled **ETL Talend Developer** with strong expertise in the **Cloudera Data Platform (CDP)**. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust data integration pipelines, transforming large and complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. You will play a critical role in scaling our big data architecture and ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise systems - **Data Pipeline Development:** Design, build, test, and deploy scalable end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines using **Talend Data Integration** and **Talend Big Data**. - **Cloudera Integration:** Develop and optimize data ingestion and processing frameworks within the **Cloudera Data Platform (CDP)** environment, utilizing components like Hive, Impala, Spark, and HDFS. - **Performance Tuning:** Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in Talend jobs and Cloudera cluster queries to ensure optimal data processing speeds. - **Data Modeling & Quality:** Implement data quality rules, data cleansing routines, and validation processes within Talend. Assist in designing efficient data warehouse schemas. - **Automation & Orchestration:** Schedule and automate ETL workflows using orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Control-M, or Talend Administration Center). - **Collaboration & Mentorship:** Work closely with Data Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Provide technical guidance to junior developers.
