Talent Acquisition Executive

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented TA Executive with experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements • Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination • Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers • Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements and closures • Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions • Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates • Handle candidate communication and offer follow-ups. Required Skills: • Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes • Hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools • Basic knowledge of Banking/NBFC hiring requirements preferred Preferred Candidate Profile: • 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience • Experience in Banking/NBFC recruitment preferred • Immediate joiners will be preferred • Good coordination and organizational skills Interested candidates can share updated resume to : inam.farooque01@jana.bank.in
