Role & responsibilities • Sourcing & Outreach: Find candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks like LinkedIn, employee referrals and through the internal career site. • Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to check it is good fit for the team and process. • Coordination: Schedule interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers. • Offers & Onboarding: Discuss compensation, extend job offers, and assist with new-hire orientation.
